A Little Background..
Robyn has owned Physio NZ with her husband Marcus since 2011 and has extended her passion for helping people achieve their goals through to all the staff here at Physio NZ. Having graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2006, she has gained experience in a wide variety of hospital and community settings working in South Wales for two years. On reaching Christchurch, Robyn worked in community mental health supporting people into exercise. Through this role she recognised the correlation between pain and poor mental health and how stress especially can delay recovery from aches and pains.
Robyn has one main focus, to support her staff to support you! She has developed and mentored the Physio NZ staff to focus on our patient goals and develop realistic treatment plans to help achieve these. Robyn wants to get as many patients inspired and supported to safely return to activity and to do the things they love.

My job is to make it as easy as possible for you to not only feel better, but also to get back to normal as quickly as possible – whether that be back to work, to sport, or getting back to looking after your family.I have been a physio now for 19 years, and helped nearly 10,000 people through NZ and Australia in that time.
I have trained with some of the best, including under Craig Phillips, the guy that created DMA Pilates, and David Butler and Peter O’Sullivan, both of whom have made amazing contributions to physiotherapy.Outside of work, I’m a proud Dad and Husband, and have a reputation for being completely useless at sport.
